Mr. Spelke specializes in criminal defense with an expertise in complex international criminal persecutions. For years, Mr. Spelke has worked for the Department of Justice before starting his criminal defense practice. He spent seven years with the Narcotic and Dangerous Drug Section at the Criminal Division prosecuting international drug smugglers and money launderers. In addition, Mr. Spelke spent seven years in the Chief Counsel's Office of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), in charge of the Domestic Criminal Law Section.
